Victory MA has refused to abolish contract. Even after me verbally stating I want to cancel. During the month of July I attempted to cancel my contract multiple times. Withal, the employees accept failed to allow me to cancel. I assumed that the employees would cancel my contract as I accept verbally requested. They have failed to practice then. I accept contact Victory via email to cancel, they accept yet to respond.

Hi Ms. Ojeda, This is Omar *******, Director of the Victory Martial Arts - Waterford Lakes location. This is the location whom the client, Christopher ****, was attending for Krav Maga classes. I will address Mr. **** complaint case: "Victory MA has refused to cancel contract. Even later me verbally stating I desire to cancel. During the month of July I attempted to cancel my contract multiple times. However, the employees have failed to let me to cancel.
